Kalamazoo based software company is seeking qualified Principal Program Manager. Specializing in technologies used in law enforcement, we are looking for candidates who possess strong leadership skills to oversee and manage tasks across multiple projects and support. The candidate must have extensive, cross functional team leadership experience and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead all program management responsibilities and provide guidance for other program managers on the team
- Provide cross-functional leadership on complex, large scale projects by coordinating between project stakeholders, developers, testers, and customers
- Work with product owners to define requirements and schedules
- Identify and communicate risks to product owners
- Manage project goals and priorities, and allocate resources as necessary ! to ensure project deliverables are met
- Work closely with engineers to ensure requirements are met and provide guidance as needed
- Influence and recommend improvements to overall project management and development process
