We are looking for skilled and motivated people to work as freelance or full-time within our Event Operations team based in Chicago, IL.

Freelancers

To be considered, you must be able and willing to travel for these durations and understand that means working 12-16 hour days when the conference is taking place.

Full-time

Candidates interested in full-time work can expect the same as Freelancers, with additional responsiblities and benefits.  Primarily this means taking ownership of an actual event and managing the on-site team and service yourself (after proper experience and training!).  You will also be part of our core Event Operations team, where your input and actions have direct an! d immediate effects on our business and methodologies.

Travel is usually no more than twice a month for 5-7 days, but can vary on either side depending on season and volume.  You must be willing and able to commit to this, as well as understanding that you're likely going to have to work late hours until you get fully up-to-speed.
