You’re a savvy technologist and you have the portfolio to prove it. Your bag of tricks includes both front-end and back-end technologies, enabling you to create entire web applications. These include an expert command of CSS, HTML, and Javascript, plus fluency in PHP or other back-end languages. You advocate for good design every chance you get, backed up by your experience with interactive design principles and passion for UI design and development. You – doing this:
- Develop optimized, cross-platform front-ends in CSS/HTML/Javascript, and write the middle-tier / back-end code to support it using object-oriented PHP
- Work as a team member to ensure that implementation details translate throug! h to shipping products and services that serve business needs. Emphasis on teamwork
- Show product ownership through collaboration with product managers, designers, other front-end developers and back-end engineers to refine the user experience
- Show strong inter-personal and communication skills, including clear and concise writing
- Interface with the UI and developer communities to absorb the latest trends and emerging technologies
- Be a leader in the never-ending process of improving coding standards and polishing our systems
