We are looking for a passionate PHP/MySQL/Zend programmer who can join our growing team of highly-motivated developers and contribute to projects already in production. BlueGlass is looking for someone who can learn new technologies and frameworks (i.e. mongodb), investigate and integrate API's without direct supervision, implement specs as designed, and communicate effectively with a remote working team. Oh yeah, and familiarize yourself with an existing code base, then you are THE ONE!!
Responsibilities:
- Build out features on a modular MVC framework using PHP/MySQL/Zend and related technologies.
- Implement new features on existing components.
- Implementing UI controls using HTML and ExtJS/Sencha.
- Optimize performance of our applications (profiling, refactoring, redesigning).
- Research APIs.
- Manage code on the SVN.
- Upgrade and m! aintain code on the server.
