- Very autonomous - Works under minimal supervision; provided with assignments and objectives and given wide latitude for independent judgment
- Innovative technologies - Research and recommends existing Open Source solutions and recommending for possible adaptation for DealerTrack software platform
- Coordinates with offshore teams
