This individual will be an integral part of our expanding SharePoint development team as a senior developer. The successful candidate will have a significant role in the application architecture, planning, development and deployment of a large scale implementation of websites on SharePoint 2010 for a public audience. This individual will also function as a mentor and training resource for les! s experienced SharePoint developers. Demonstrated success with large-scale, mission-critical implementations is a must.
In addition, the candidate should be professional working with peers and management. This person will frequently serve as a subject matter expert on the capabilities and limitations of SharePoint. They must be able to look at the short-term tactical as well as the long-term strategic implications of application design choices.
