You will be working on a small, agile team, performing Java development for Video-on-Demand and cloud-Based video solutions. These platforms are built upon a technology stack comprised of Oracle 10/11, Java 6, Hibernate 3.3 and Spring 3 (web, mvc, security, testing, orm, transactions, ldap and aop) running on Tomcat.
We also make use of:
- Adobe Flash Access 2.0 device management
- Silverlight 4.0 player using Playready DRM
- Various Flash players
- HTML5 prototype players
- Spring 3.0 RESTful web services
- A combination of Axis and Spring 3 to consume web services
- Ehache as our internal cache
- Freemarker and Sitemesh as our templating engines
- Jasper reporting
- Google Analytics to complement our own reporting services
- Solr and Lucene as our search engines
- Quartz as our scheduling en! gine
- Mootools javascript library
