Own our RoR application, from frontend (Javascript) to backend (Ruby, ActiveRecord, background processing)
Provide expertise on cross browser Javascript and CSS issues
Provide expertise on web related security
Help scale the web application to meet our rising demand
Help us build an API around our tech
Help us move things to the cloud and other virtualized infrastructures.
Help build more automation into our development and deployment.
