We are currently looking for two full-time (or temporary-to-permanent) Software Developers to work out of our Central Square, Cambridge office – one will focus primarily in C# and the other primarily in PHP/Drupal (though there will always be opportunities to dabble outside of these areas). The ideal candidates:
- Are self-starters who can work with minimal supervision
- Possess creative, agile minds and an engaged personality with a desire and ability to learn very fast
- Have a strong sense of personal responsibility and ethics
- Have good oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Successfully develop applications using the latest web technologies according to industry best practices
- Drive technical design and implementation, provide scope and estimate development tasks/timeframes
- Proactively identi! fy and resolve issues of technical design and implementation
- Demonstrate self-directed and proactive approach to tackling problems and leveraging resources
- Work alongside our senior technical team to develop necessary technical architecture, to make key technology decisions, and to maintain the highest possible level of communication during the project development process to make individual projects successful
- Actively participate in the project planning process
- Stay apprised of the latest technologies and innovations in web application technologies (in general) and .NET or PHP/Drupal (in particular)
