We are Looking For Leader

You must be an excellent programmer, holding a high ranking bachelors/masters degree in computer science or equivalent from a top engineering university. We're always willing to be surprised by college dropouts who turned open source rock stars and pop hackers. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in web or mobile technologies. Should be hands on development expert with knowledge of  PHP, CakePHP, Ruby on Rails,  and MySQL.

We are looking for people who:

• are passionate about and know how to build quality products on the web
• can think and execute how to scale up a web infrastructure
• have atleast 2 years of consumer web development experience in Ruby on Rails (RoR)
• have worked with or are aware of Javascript development frameworks like backbone.js or angular.js
• have experience using HAML and SASS/SCSScomfortable with Agile working, fast shipment of code and releasing new versions fast as per feedback from market
• have experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, Testing Frameworks and BDD/TDD tools, Git etc. is a plus
• have the passion to work on real-world problem solving products, not just assembling code.
