- The technical know-how to construct, maintain and improve on multiple websites
- The interpersonal skills to interface with all internal teams, from creative to! production, helping ensure everyone is on the same page and g! etting the job done (easy on the nerd-speak!)
- Experience with database creation, optimizing SQL server queries, and reporting all highly desired
- Ability to learn new languages and methodologies quickly and independently
- Organizational and management skills - you'll be heading up multi-person development teams
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum workflows
- Bachelors degree preferred, but relevant work experience in lieu of degree will be considered
- A confident preference of either Star Trek or Star Wars, with the means and ability to explain and defend said preference
