2 to 3 years in software development, preferably in product development environment for SENIOR SOFTWARE ENG and SOFTWARE ENGINEER - OPEN TO FRESHERS who have demonstrable Internship, Final Year projects or independent project experience in building Web Applications.
Must enjoy being hands-on in design, coding and testing.
Must have good experience in web-based application development in J2EE or .NET, JavaScript, AJAX, and MySQL.
Must be willing to learn and work on Ruby on Rails web-development framework. Pramata's platforms are developed using Ruby on Rails.
Prior experience in Ruby on Rails is a plus.
Some experience in Linux powertools and shell scripting.
Must have proven Object-oriented analysis and design skills.
Must have good inter-personal, presentation, and communication skills.
Must display strong technical aptitude.
