We are looking for people with good programming skills who can help us augment Mobikwik's product. As our 'Tech Piranha', your work will include:

Ability to think out of the box
Meeting deadlines, most of times which are very steep
Programming product features using Java, JSP, Servlets, JavaScript, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, MySql, Eclipse, Jboss
Following a well defined process of Code Review/Testing/Implementation
Testing the Mobikwik.com product rigorously for each production release
Taking ownership of parts of the application
2-3 years of experience in the field of software product development

Basic requirements for all roles @ Mobikwik.com:

Must be interested in web startups and an avid user of commerce websites globally
One or many of these required: prior startup experience, contribution to open source projects, volunteering gigs, self started projects, freelance projects, etc.
Strong hands-on development experience using at least 1 language such as Java, C, C++, .Net, Python, Php, Perl, Ruby
Must be able to take risks
Skills important but self-starter attitude very very important
Must be able to stick for one year minimum
Exposure to a transactional web application or the financial services space will be handy
BE, BTech, MCA, MS, MSc, MTech degree required.
