We are looking for a software developer in Pune with one year experience in Java/J2EE. Please send us your resume if you can join  the organisation within 15 days.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan and carry out software development activities to agreed project plans, requirements, design and timelines.
2. Communicating and updating with fellow engineers, senior engineer or project/product manager through emails, IM or phone.
3. Self-learn new technologies or programming language as required by the project without disrupting the project plan.
4. Responsible for development and testing of software product or project
5. Follow up with project/product manager about tasks or modules assigned, to ensure completion of the task on agreed timelines.
6. Maintain rigorous testing of assigned tasks and modules.  
7. Preparing documentation of assigned tasks and modules.
8. Able to understand requirements and design of the project

Qualification:

Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with keen interest in software development and knowledge of latest technologies.

1. Bachelor in Engineering in Computers/ IT having 12 months of experience in software development.
2. Must have experience in Java/J2EE
3. Must be proficient HTML/CSS/Javascript  and OOP concepts
4. Should have knowledge of Database and SQL.
5. Having experience in Sencha (ExtJS) is an advantage.
6. Self-driven and a clear focus on high quality. Able to understand requirements.
7. Self-learner and quick starter.
8. Good communication skills with internal team.

Arvan Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a young IT startup from Pune specializing in Offshore development, Mobile App development and Database Consulting.  We have recently launched our first software product for the Indian market - www.kitchensense.in. The company is located at Yerwada, Pune.
