• 4 to 6 years of experience in programming & software development, of which 2 years is around the Remedy ARS platform.
• In-depth experience on the Remedy AR System engine and ITSM suite – Remedy Helpdesk, Remedy Change Management, Remedy Asset Management, Remedy Service Level Agreements. ITIL Foundation a must, ITIL Practitioners is a plus
• A self-starter willing to tackle new and challenging problems

·        Excellent problem solving and team building skills a must

• Key responsibilities include creating prototypes, integrating systems, site architecture management, implementing end-to-end solutions

Senior Engineers must have creativity and innovation, the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
