HTML5/CSS3 Web Developer (Lover!)

We are expanding our team in each vertical and building the teams for Creative Design, User Experience, Web Design, Web Development.

As a member of core team of KORU Technologies, you will be required to set up processes, create systems, set standards, and gradually lead the vertical of Web Development by creating your own team within the organization. You are expected to have the ability to work in a team of your own vertical as well as the ability to co-ordinate with the other verticals like Development, UX, Design, QA etc.

In order to grow as a leader while learning and practicing the latest technologies on your way, we look for the mindset of 'taking initiatives and lead', 'passion for excellence', 'asking why are we doing what we are doing', 'attitidue to win'. The minimum we expect from you is you should be in love (should we say madly!) with what you do. Your work should be the proof of your love!

As a HTML5/CSS3 Web Developer, you must be a person who is jumping with excitement to see how HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery has changed the way the world of web used to work! You should be in absolute love with Chrome, Firefox, and Safari (not that we expect you to hate IE, though we understand it gives nightmare to today's designers).

Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in your domain + you must have:

• Exceptional HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and frameworks such as jQuery skills and experience
• Experience of doing html for open source CMSs like Drupal, Word-Press, Majento etc.
• Practical knowledge of using photoshop for web layout design
• Knowledge of Mobile application design and front-end developement
• Knowledge of mediaqueri.es or similar framework or mobile compatibility

As a HTML5/CSS3 Web Developer at Koru, you must:

• Possess the ability to analyze requirements and give time estimations
• Perform as a key team player
• Coach and inspire junior developers
• Play a role of team lead to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Have excellent communication skills as you will interact with clients and team members on a daily basis
• Possess an attitude to proactively share new ideas and constantly learn about and research new technologies and industry advancements
• Be able to manage your workload and deadlines effectively
