The Job
The front end developer will work closely with both our engineering and user experience teams to develop solutions for many of Geni.com’s key features. Projects may vary from wholly new interfaces for our core technologies, to optimizing targeted interactions like SEO-driven signup flows. You will be responsible for implementing designs, programming interactive elements and developing new features while insuring optimal user experience. Your knowledge should e! ncompass what’s possible on the web with current technologies, with special emphasis on developing a dynamic user experience using JavaScript and the Prototype and/or jQuery libraries.
