Campus Village Communities is seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to lead our technology group by setting short and long term IT strategy to position Campus Village Communities as an industry leader in technology in student housing development and management.
This is a full-time position offering a flexible compensation package located in either Rochester, MI or Toledo, OH.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement short and long term IT strategy.
- Design and implement low-voltage systems for new construction.
- Manage department accounting & human resources.
- Develop and implement sales & marketing plans targeting internal and external clients.
- Attend industry seminars and events to stay up to date with technology changes.
- Communicate changes with technology systems and perform training sessions.
- Develop and enforce technology policy within the organization.
- Maintain vendor relationships.
