About MasteryConnect
MasteryConnect is a fast-growing, venture-funded startup based in Salt Lake City (our office is 30 minutes from 10 world class ski resorts). MasteryConnect is gaining traction and making a huge impact on student achievement for K-12 education. In the first 12 months after launch, our social network of teachers reached over 7,000 districts (1/2 the districts in America). MasteryConnect has the #1 app on iOS, Android, and Windows8 for the new Common Core Standards in education.

What We're Looking For
- Rails developers that are passionate about what they do and have the experience and drive to be part of a mission-focused startup. (If you have a ton of experience in PHP and want to get into Rails, we'd still love to talk)
- Self-starters that have started something on their own like a framework, a company, a product, or a project on their own.
