Requirements:

• 2+ years Ruby on Rails Development Experience
• Very solid understanding of modern Web UI technologies including: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX and Web 2.0 patterns
• Strength in Rails fundamentals (routing, active record, modules, bundles, etc.)
• Experience with Git or another modern source code management tool.
• Agile Environment Experience
• Built and deployed one or more commercial RoR applications (URLs please) utilizing the technologies described above
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• A background in other programming languages and open source projects is highly desirable.
