Responsibilities:
- Participate in the architecture of GetGlue systems, from load balancing to the database tier
- Administer GetGlue systems, including deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting and tuning
- Discuss scalability, security, backup, etc. issues with the team
- Maintain, enhance and write scripts! for image and application deployments
- Understand and optimize performance of each backend tier
- Ensure the system runs smoothly during nights and weekends
- Perform routine IT office functions
