Lionel Henderson & Co., Inc is seeking Assessment and Technical Support for CDSE Professional Division guidance SPD Certification Program.

Duties include:

• Create, administer, and maintain assessments in Questionmark Perception for
multiple certifications with multiple forms of the each assessment instrument.
• Perform trouble shooting of assessments in Questionmark Perception, learning   
management system (SumTotal) data exchange, and Oracle database.
• Provide lead technical role to the certification program management office for all
technical Questionmark assessment issues.
• Provide technical support to Mobile Training Teams in the set-up, configuration,
documentation of procedures, and maintenance of Questionmark Perception for six windows based mobile servers and one production server.

Skills, Knowledge & Ability:
• Strong working knowledge of Questionmark Perception, O! racle, and Share Point

Qualifications:
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, plus 2-5 years related experience
