Our software engineers work on implementing sites and mobile applications that use Pepper, and also work on enhancing the Pepper platform itself.
We're currently looking for Java developers of all experience levels - from right out of school to experienced veterans in the industry.
All of our developers are intellectually curious -- they love tackling a challenging problem and wrestling it into submission. They're always looking to improve, either by stretching their existing skills or by picking up entirely new ones. They like to teach their peers what they've learned, and in turn learn from them. We're trying to define new ways of enga! ging customers digitally - so innovation and execution are at the forefront of what we do.
We also like to have fun. Our company is young and vibrant. We replace needless TPS reports with processes that make communication and working on a team efficient, educational, and engaging. On the social side, we play volleyball together, ping-pong on Friday afternoons, and can be pretty easily convinced to go have a drink with our co-workers.
Our software also has a very rich front-end, so developers with an interest in JavaScript development using the same rigorous design and pattern-based approaches that back-end developers are used to are most welcome.
