We are hiring 2 Junior Web Developers to join our Performance Technology team! As a member of a team, this individual will profitably develop and implement technical solutions for internal and external client needs by providing technical design and programming on small to medium sized projects. Many projects will be directed toward portal development, system integrations and LMS deployments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in documenting client business needs, business requirements, solution value and usability requirements in a requirements document
- Assist in documenting technical specifications for delivering defined business needs
- Develop technical solutions for projects by building HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Classic ASP and ASP.NET (C#) or other technologies to deliver desired products and services
- Develop Stored Procedures
- Collaboratively work as a member of team to develop performance technology solutions
- Work with outsourced resources and contractors (including Adayana Government, Adayana India and other external resources)
- Be accountable for the quality of product deliverables
- Be involved in project debrief to assess completion of client objectives
- Stays abreast of industry trends and all applicable technologies, including scripting, security issues, authoring tools, graphic design tools, and new languages
- Other duties as assigned
