Responsibilities

• Develop services oriented enterprise Java Applications that interact with large data sets and third-party services


• Take part and work in the design and architecture of all parts in the system


• Work closely with the client to fully understand the needs and requirements of the project


• Where appropriate, identify additional features and opportuni! ties that will enhance the project that may not have been considered


• Work with a team that is distributed taking a leadership role when necessary


• Mentoring more junior team member where necessary


• Understand the system and what is expected in order to provide accurate estimates of the work required


• Produce quality work through good testing practices


• Identify project risks and make recommendations to mitigate overall risks
