Job opening - Support Engineer at Spruce Media, Inc. (Washington, DC; Seattle, WA; San Francisco, CA) (telecommute)

This position can work from the comfort of your home office anywhere in the World (or from one of our offices if you prefer).


The primary responsibility for this role will involve problem troubleshooting and resolution for our core SaaS product/platform, however this position will also contribute within a team of very capable Support/DevOps Engineers in many different aspects of our environment including new development, operational support, and other platform/dev support functions like release automation, test automation, debugging tool development, and much more.   You aren't expected to have an understanding of all these areas, however you should have a solid grasp of (and more importantly a desire to work in) multiple areas of the technology stack. You'll work with other skilled engineers and business folks on many exciting technologies and opportunities to push your skills to the limit and beyond.
