HomeAway is seeking a talented Front-End Developer to join our growing team. This person is responsible for working with the user experience designers to code the interface portions of the products. Performing coding, unit testing and integration testing for functionality and limits with high quality deliverables. Is comfortable integrating with multiple backend environments such as Java and .Net.
This role requires creativity as well as excellent technical, interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, alongside other design, marketing, product and engineering team members.

Primary Responsibilities
- Support domestic and international requirements
- Under! stand and leverage industry best practices
- Research user requirements through discussions with key stakeholders
- Maintain a good understanding of target audience and industry UI trends
- Produce prototypes to communicate user interaction and design ideas
- Apply user interaction principles, helping the end users meet their goals
- Work with Software Development Team to ensure correct implementation of UI Front-End
- Comfortable in Git
