Team Wakefield (& Parrut of course) is looking for a software developer to dive into both sides of our business: Parrut, which builds promotional applications for digital publishers, and our brand new child, Wakefield, a daily email on the lifestyle, culture & opportunities inside startups.
This is an incredibly fun project with a measurable social impact. This position is a great opportunity to get involved with a team that focuses on spending quality time away from the computer to strengthen the time we spend on it.
We:
- organize popular startup events
- meet with startup entrepreneurs/employees multiple times a week
- work on small & fun application builds to stimulate audience acquisition
- and we are very active in NYC's explosive startup community
Our offices are cur! rently at We Work Labs in west SoHo.
