Director lever candidate with at least three years of experience leading midsized development teams. Must have extensive experience with both Java and .Net high availability, high volume, data intensive websites. The position will lead the development team in the SF office and be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of quality code using Agile practices. Position will be 50% management, 25% code review, code quality & coding best practices, and 25% hands on coding.
This is a mentorship role and most of the actual hands on coding will consist of seed code for critical projects and of helping the team code through issues, bottlenecks and technical shortcomings. This position will be both the management lead and the technology lead for this office, leading through example, innovation and by having the best coding skills on the team.
This is a senior leadership position, requiring superior c! ommunication skills and an always positive attitude. You must be the biggest cheer leader of your team and lead through your example.
