In this position, the individual will participate in the design of the various complex digital custom design blocks for the Double Data Rate (DDR1 & DDR2) NAND Flash memory. Familiarity with the schematics capture tools & spice simulations tools e.g. HSPICE, ELDO, etc reqd.
