UI developer / web-designer (2+ yrs experience, .NET/Telerik experience is a a major plus)
Must have: 

1. Excellent PSD to XHTML conversion skills.
2. Understanding of browser compatibility, especially IE (7+)
3. Good understanding of JQuery libraries.
4. Experience with ASP.NET (Excellent if you have worked on Telerik before)

Nice to have: 

1. Understanding of CSS3 and HTML5
2. Ability to write custom JavaScript codes.

You would be collaborating with the graphic designer and .NET (Telerik) developers and create elegant light-weight easy to use user-interface. You should have a working understanding of JavaScript. We expect strong knowledge of UI best practices and usability. You should be able to code like a developer and think like a designer. Above all, you should be intimately familiar with the challenges of making the same HTML/CSS/JS work across all major browsers, especially Internet explorer.
