Software Engineering Manager, Rypple:
We are looking for a Manager of Software Engineering to build and lead a high-performance development team in the Rypple organization. The person filling this role would guide one or more teams in the Agile development process, and would assume the role of ScrumMaster. The position could either be a hands-on Tech Lead or first-line Engineering Manager depending on the skills and experience of the candidate.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of increasing responsibility, and success building and leading technical team(s). This job requires strategic thinking and planning to provide leadership and expertise throughout the development lifecycle.
You will work with a team of demanding, highly motivated software engineers and will be expected to both challenge and be challenged.

- Facilitate the growth and success of the larger R&D organization.
- Delivery scalable, flexible, and open systems.
- Foster an environment that encourages quality, productivity, and innovation in accordance with our Values.
- Work closely with product management and other teams to understand business and technology needs. Prioritize, address, and maintain visibility for time lines and release schedules.
- Drive execution of the technology strategy across functions. In particular be effective in working with quality, technical operations and product management organizations.
