RBM Technologies has a big, open office in the center of tech startup land, Kendall Square. Our clients are strong and we've just brought a few more big players on board. We are growing because folks use our application to economize their way of doing business. And we've got the budget for some pretty big projects. (Not to mention the free soda, catered lunches, and periodic workshops that we host).
Our Ruby on Rails development team is growing fast. We're using all the typical tools: an Apache / Passenger server with a Postgres back end and standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. We are adding Cucumber to the other testing goodness.
If all of the following apply to you, we want you to talk to us:
* I have 1-2 years of experience developing with Ruby on Rails and I can prove my tech prowess via:

- my open source work
- my git hub repository
- my awesome tech blog
- my code samples from side projects
- my production web site, handling real traffic
* I know SQL, Git, HTML, CSS, Cucumber and JavaScript, or I can
do a decent job faking it while I learn the parts I don’t know.
* I am able to work with technical and non-technical team
members thanks to my good communication skills.
* I have 3+ years of experience in software development. (any
Agile experience?)
* I am eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
