The incumbent will be responsible to implement of services, policies and programs through HR staff; reports to Regional Head, HR & Admin, and assists company managers with HR issues.

 

Main Responsibilities

·         Manage and oversee full spectrum of HR function together with HR admin, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee training and development, performance management, employee relations and administration

·         Review and align current HR strategies and policies, current system, structures and work processes

·         Oversee of office administration

·         Conducting the company’s staff induction programme. Acting as the primary contact for new employees and supervising their integration into the company.

·         Providing accurate information on compensation and benefits issues.

·         Managing employee relations and staff welfare.

·         Advising new employees on all human resources related issues such as conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, promotions, etc.

·         Updating all human resources administrative files (such as HR work flow, personnel action data, employee profiles, etc.) to ensure consistency and effectiveness of HR services.

 

 

Required Skills:

·         Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline

·         At least 2 years’ experience in HRM in a multinational company and supporting company size of 20 and above

·         Excellent interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English

·         Proactive, positive and independent

·         Good analytical and problem solving skills.

·         Pleasant, mature, enthusiastic and service-minded.

·         Good planning and organizational skills.

·         Able to work flexibly.

·         Computer proficient, especially using PowerPoint and Excel.

·         Applicants must be willing to work in Bangalore, India
