Im norwegian so forgive me if my written english is bad.

I am planning a project that im going to se if would get enough money trough croudsourcing.

The product i am envisioning should be able to handle transfer of money trough paypal, and should be as safe as a bank.

Ideally it would be coded in Python (since i know a little), but can be coded in ruby or php to.
