Looking for experienced (at least 3-4 years in Rails development) software developer, who believes that the Internet can change society in many more ways. You need to be an expert in Ruby on Rails, associated technologies (RSpec, TDD, GIT, jQuery, etc.) and be v. comfortable with exposing and consuming APIs.

We are a Mumbai based, for-profit start-up with a highly innovative, philanthropic product. We help businesses differentiate brand, increase customer or employee engagement and eventually increase sales through the power of charity. Our product, TracksGiving, is an API driven micro-donation platform that provides functionality to businesses, individuals and charities. On top of this platform we build different apps / products to push philanthropy into different aspects of business.
