XYDO is looking for an experienced front-end developer to join our dev team on a contract basis with possibility of full-time employment, working from anywhere in the US. Candidate must be skilled in hand coding HTML, CSS, and Javascript and should have specific experience with Twitter Bootstrap.
Candidate will be responsible for the coding of the front-end of an industry leading web application that's growing to accommodate enterprise customers.
Please submit code samples, preferably live sites, that you've coded yourself.
Responsibilities
- translate design mockups and wireframes into HTML/CSS using Twitter Bootstrap
- development and integration of dynamic elements in JS
- collaborate with engineering, designers, and product strategy
Qualifications
- conceptual thinker who can translate ideas and mockups, visualize functionality, and execute with attention to detail
- mastery of HTML/CSS and Javascript (jQuery)
- demonstrated experience with Twitter Bootstrap
- Rails experience a plus
- communicate and work within a group environment, open to constructive criticism that improves product
