As part of our engineering team, you will work on our SaaS based distributed system for enterprise recruiting on social networks. You will participate in defining new features. You will design, implement, unit test and optimize the code of our new products to support our super fast growth of customer base.
Here are some samples of products and problems we are working on:
- Social CRM: Build large scale CRM of job candidates on social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc)
- Candidate Search Engine: Build distributed search engine of job candidates. Implement machine learning algorithms for matching and ranking.
- Recruiting Analytics: Build large data warehouse of analytics data. Implement solutions for data intensive computation. Design algorithms for data mining.
- High performance RESTful web services.
- High volume of Jobvite messages.
- Make our distributed infrastruct! ure including MongoDB clusters, MySQL clusters, Solr clusters, Memcached clusters, etc, super scalable and super reliable.
