Required:

• 1-5 years of relevant object oriented programming experience or comparable college coursework


• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.


• Strong desire to learn in a fast paced environment


• Eagerness to decompose and solve difficult problems


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred (not required):

• Experience with Microsoft's .NET framework.


• Data modeling and/or database design experience.


• Experience in a service industry (e.g. healthcare, insurance, financial services).


• Agile, Scrum, TDD development practices.


• Crystal Reports


• Web development


• Mobile Application Development (Eclipse, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)


• Microsoft Data Warehouse, SSIS, SSAS


• SQL Server


• Visual Studio 2! 010 and ReSharper


• Business Analyst skills
