6 + years of experience out of which minimum 3+ years experience with flex development.<br />
Work as a member of the technical team to translate business requirements into software design<br />
Create and maintain effective modular software designs following the design and coding standards<br />
Unit test the software modules to ensure high-quality delivery of code to QA<br />
Work with Quality Assurance to track down and fix bugs<br />
