You'll be building systems that are super high trafficked and used by consumers, partners, and internal stakeholders.   We need systems that are efficient in accessing targeting data/parameters and displaying appropriate responses & content.   When you're not building optimized delivery systems, you're building reporting/performance dashboards for for use by partners and internal stakeholders.    

Requirements:

• Proficiency in PHP both with and without MVC frameworks
• Solid foundation of command line usage of PHP
• Deep knowledge with Javascript/Jquery {Ajax patterns, DOM manipulation}   
• Experience with server side application development and scalable web-services, especially REST.
• Knows how to weight the trade-offs of using an open-source solution, licensing, or building from scratch.
• Familiarity with version control {subversion, git}
• Familiarity with high-availability large scale buildout patterns {know when to cache, how long to cache, where to shard/cache}
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive.
