We are looking for experienced .Net developer with a solid development background in SharePoint. Candidate should be comfortable working with SharePoint, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, DOM, and web UIs as a part of SharePoint product development team in enriching the award winnning Intranet for Quintiles.
You will be working in a very dynamic, results-driven, agile team with no politics, no bureaucracy and a great amount of technical freedom.
\\ RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate will interview directly with the team lead and work in the existing team in feature enrichment of the Quintiles Intranet, which is visited by 23,000 employees everyday. The Quintiles Intranet is award winning with extremely social features and very rich/interactive UI built on top of SharePoint 2010. You will be:
- Building custom social features on top of SharPoint 2010 social feaures.
- Performance improvement an! d reduce home page payload.
- Writing clean, documented, well architected custom web parts and web controls.
- Writing clean, documented, well architected JavaScript libraries.
- Assist in design and implementation of front-end components
- Help build out a high-profile, next generation Intranet.

We are open to telecommute with occassional travel (paid) to Quintiles office located in Durham, NC. Candidate must work within the EST and should be located within the US.
