You will be responsible for:

• Leading the implementation of eCommerce software
• Designing solutions to complex business problems in a rapidly changing environment
• Delivering high-quality software on time
• Defining and maintaining software development standards
• Mentoring other developers

Required:

• 5+ years experience with eCommerce web site implementation
• Deep understanding of software design patterns and principals
• Expert with relational database design, implementation and MySQL
• Expert in PHP
• Excellent JavaScript, AJAX and jQuery skills
• Experience building API for use with internal and external applications
• Experience with automated unit testing
• Experience with source control best practices and Git
• Working knowledge of Linux server administration and Apache web server
Experience working in a team environment
• Proven abil! ity in communicating complex technical topics to a variety of audiences
• Highly motivated and driven, with a commitment to excellence
• Strong commitment to personal responsibility

Preferred:

• Experience leading, training and mentoring developers
• Experience with Smarty Template Engine
• Development of mobile apps
• Experience with Agile and Scrum techniques
• Understanding of SEO best practices
• Experience with Google Analytics and web site metrics
