We're looking for a senior engineer to join our team in Indianapolis.

Our stack is in Ruby, but that's not what's most important. Instead, we're looking for a principled, experienced object-oriented software engineer with high marks in system design, architecture, coding standards, testing, and general being-awesomeness.
Especially valuable is a candidate with the ability to lead and mentor mid-range and junior level developers.
