We are seeking a driven, creative software engineer to join one of our teams. We’re also looking for someone who will be a good fit at our company when this particular project wraps up.

About You:
Our ideal candidate will already have earned the “full stack web developer†merit badge (http://bit.ly/fswebdev) in a real-world business setting. That means you have experience in:
- Understanding business requirements and developing technical designs that meet them
- Modern web application frameworks (Ruby on Rails, Django, etc.)
- Front-end web development, including a familiarity with HTML, CSS, AJAX, and JS
- Relational (and maybe NoSQL) database modeling, design and administration
- Server architecture and administration or cloud platforms (Engine Yard, Heroku, etc.)
- Test-driven development, Scrum process, and collaborative code reviews
- Workflow-based collaborative systems (CMS, portals, training sites, etc.)
You are motivated, eager to learn new things, and have a proven track record of making good design decisions while keeping the customer’s best interests in mind. You won’t be flying solo, but you can be productive when left alone for a few days.
You meet some basic qualifications:
- BS or equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Demonstrable, real-world experience building web applications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Located near (or willing to relocate to) Boston, MA
