We are looking for driven and passionate developers to join and grow our services team working directly with our customers to build, deploy and maintain their web apps using our MediaEverywhere TM HTML5 app framework. You will be working closely with our web development team building the MediaEverywhere SDK and acting as an internal customer validating new features and functionality of the framework. You will have the opportunity to interact with and build apps for world leading media brands such as Wired, Vogue, Elle Canada, talkSPORT, Toronto Star and the Globe and Mail among others.

We thrive for excellence in web technologies and heavily leverage open source software, including Backbone.js, Underscore.js, SASS, Bourbon, RequireJS, and CoffeeScript as the underpinnings of our web application framework. Responsibilities
- Use the MediaEverywhere platform and SDK to build web apps optimized for smartphones, tablets and other connected screens. Leverage Backbone.js, RequireJS, CoffeeScript and other open source software.
- Design and develop compelling mobile User Experiences on top of MediaEverywhere to meet and exceed the customers’ expectations.
- Deploy web apps to Polar’s or the customer’s infrastructure working closely with the customer IT teams for a smooth integration.
- Maintain production web apps, upgrading them with new versions of the SDK and incorporating new features and functionality.
- Work in collaboration with product management and customer services team to define and continually refine the deployment roadmap.
