Our Retail business teams are currently training vendors on key Vendor Central functionality. Your goal is to deliver solutions that unburden our Retail business teams of this work. Be prepared to provide writing and portfolio samples that demonstrate user-centered solutions.Key Responsibilities: Design and develop e-learning solutions that accelerate vendor onboarding. Oversee maintenance and change management for the materials you build. Define and publish metrics that measure the effectiveness of your training. Work with your manager and stakeholders to solve for localization and version control. Work with business teams to understand vendor pain points and knowledge gaps. Work with system teams to influence the vendor experience at onboarding, especially discovery channels for the training you build. Work with the editorial team to make sure your training equips vendors to move on to self-service Help documentation to drive their own learning. Def! ine and design process to make training a certification gateway to Vendor Central; vendors should not be able to opt out of onboard training. Research, analyze, and document critical policy and process embedded in our Vendor Self Service workflows. Interview and observe subject matter experts to identify gaps or counter-intuitive aspects of common user scenarios. Audit existing, grass-roots-developed training that you want to make obsolete by publishing authoritative solutions.Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 6+ years of experience in e-learning, web-based training development or related field. Demonstrated ability to help others master new technology and execute complex process. Experience developing training using ADDIE model and adult learning concepts.
