I am helping a friend of mine (who is in US) to build his team in India (Bangalore). The first set of hires need to be senior guys whom we can build a team around. Here are the specifics:
1. Server Side Rails, comfortable with rails, nginx, mongo stack (1 position)
2. Unity 3d game developer with experience building for mobile games (1 position)
3. Mobile development experience with iOS and Android - need two guys here one who knows iOS well and the other who knows android well (2 positions)
4. An animator who can do it all...need someone who can rig/model/animate/light build terrain etc. (1 position)
5. Visual designer who has experience designing mobile interfaces. This person would work with founders on in Visual Design and would have to do all the asset break downs for the engineers. (1 position)
