The successful candidate will be passionate about building a great organization, obsessed with quality improvement, experienced and highly committed to creating world class automation for regression and feature testing, able to develop and drive a high-level test strategy, as well as take a hands-on approach to implementing that strategy and delivering re-usable framework technologies to elevate the entire organization to new levels.

• Working with business and developme! nt teams to understand product vision and requirements
• Understanding how all elements of the system software ecosystem work together and developing QA approaches that fit the overall strategy.
• Responsible for development of test strategies and creation of appropriate test harnesses.
• Driving re-usable technology foundations across KCP QA initiatives - Functioning as the 'architect' for advanced tools and techniques to enable highly repeatable testing across multiple product platforms
• Overseeing the development and execution of test plans and monitoring and reporting on test execution.
• Will work with a team of quality engineering professions to ensure the highest quality product delivery - and define measurable metrics to gauge progress against objective QA goals
• The successful candidate is an experienced QA manager who has successfully built multiple QA teams to deliver new consumer facing products to market

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Enginee! ring or equivalent combination of technical education and experience
• 8 + years of industry experience, including at least three years of hands-on testing and six years as a manager
• Experience in Internet, mobile and wireless platforms, distributed systems design and testing required
• Hands on technical experience in developing and delivering QA automation technology and tools
• Strong knowledge of QA concepts and methodology

• Innovative and dynamic background demonstrating excellence in delivering quality commercial applications using Agile development methodologies
  • Experience working closely with development and business teams to communicate problem impacts and to understand business requirements.
    • Strong organizational skills, tracking multiple test executions simultaneously and are able to synthesize the results
      • Strong communication skills - both written and oral
        • Background and experience ! working across multiple technology platforms simultaneously and leveraging common solutions and metrics
          • Experience managing both individual contributors and managers
