In this position, the Project Manager is responsible for an online services environment. Responsibilities include:
- Gathering metrics on availability, performance, capacity, project status and presenting to senior management
- Supporting daily triage for EHA to EOA migration, participate in war meeting and provide update on EHAOPS work items
- Act as a liaison between Engineering and Operations for all migratio requirements and take accountability for managing tasks as well as communications
- Partnering with Dev, Test, PM, CSP and support teams to ensure the overall EHA to EOA migration is on track
- Coordination with team members to manage daily team workload and ensure when migrations is stalled; drive investigation and resolution on the EHA side
- Drive service improvements, incident and service management, manage tactical projects, identify operational gaps, organize and driv! e strategic programs, influence others to meet project milestones
- Documenting and making sure there are SOP's for all processess related to EOA migration execution
- Working with team to gather incident escalation information and determine customer/business impact and help resolve customer escalations
- Participation in all areas of the service lifecycle and provide in-depth analysis of the service for the business and stakeholders
- Reporting project status on a weekly basis
